You will have a shipping choice upon checkout in the upper right hand corner of UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority International Mail  Our default shipping is UPS ground  Click see rates if you want to see what will be charged for shipping.  Shipping is based on weight, size of box and destination with current shipping rates of the shipping company used.

Delivery Charges Outside the Continental U.S.
We charge actual shipping for orders being shipped outside the continental United States; shipping fees are calculated by the weight and size of each individual order (and therefore cannot be calculated on the website). When you place your order online, we will calculate the exact shipping charge and will email you for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged and your order will not be shipped without your approval. You may also email a list of the items (and quantities) you are potentially interested in ordering for a shipping fee quote with no obligation to order. Please know we do not have an extra charge for handling or filling out customs paperwork. International orders are shipped Priority Parcel Post. Typical delivery time varries but usually is 8-12 business days (given there are no unexpected delays in customs). Please note that customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs, and/or duty fees that might apply at the time of delivery.

Most items ship within 2 days unless there are extenuating situations like backorder.  You will receive tracking information via UPS, USPS or email unless it is shipped by another means that does not have tracking information.

Orders placed by phone require payment by credit card (we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal through our cart.
You can fax your order to us 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Please be sure to include your credit card information, complete address, phone number, and email address (in case we need to contact you). Schools, hospitals, and other approved public institutions are welcome to fax their official purchase orders to us.You can make a fax/email form when checking out in our cart to determine the cost of your order and use that form if needed.

For personal orders, please be sure to include either a check, money order, or Visa/Mastercard information. Purchase orders can be mailed in/are accepted from schools, hospitals, and other approved facilities. We do not accept COD's. If you need an order form, you can download a PDF version here.



Products may be returned for up to 30 days after they were received. Returned products must be in brand new condition, in the original packaging, and must have been purchased from the Childrens Therapy Store. To obtain the required return authorization number, please call us at: 864-346-0945 or email us at info@childrenstherapystore.com . Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to defective merchandise or our error).  There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. We do not refund shipping fees.  Refunds and/or credits for returns are only issued to the original purchaser.  Videos tapes, CD ROMs and computer software must be unopened.  For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on certain items that are not in the original, sealed packaging. For your protection when you return an item, we recommend that you use the original packing box and materials, and ship the return via UPS, or the Postal Service (with adequate insurance coverage).

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

Please inspect your orders promptly; defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 working days of receiving the order. The original shipping box and all packaging materials must be available at the time you call us. We may request that you ship any potentially defective merchandise back to us for inspection by our quality control department. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective products. Normal wear and tear, and products damaged due to misuse, or breakage are not considered to be defective.

Product Shortages:

Product shortages must be reported within 10 working days of receiving your order.
*Back Order Policy*:

If you live within the Continental U.S., we will not delay your entire order if an item is not in stock. We will ship all that we have, and ship the back ordered item(s) when they arrive unless you decide you don't want to wait. We'll notify you of all backordered items. If you decide to cancel on backordered items, we'll refund your credit card for the purchase price and any applicable shipping. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.   Quantity orders will be held until the entire order is ready to ship.  Once backordered items have shipped they are then subject to our Cancellation and Returns Policy.

Military Mail (APO and FPO Addresses)

We can ship to APO/FPO addresses by USPS first class. We are only able to ship packages that weigh less than 70 pounds to APO and FPO addresses. Overseas military addresses: The delivery line (i.e., the second line from the bottom in the address) must show the ship name, unit number, CMR or PSC number, and box number if assigned. The last line must contain the APO and FPO designation and the appropriate two-letter "state" abbreviation (AA, AE, or AP), followed by the ZIP+4 or 5-digit ZIP Code. AA, AE, and AP are used for addresses with the 3-digit ZIP Code prefixes 340, 090-098, and 962-966, respectively.
In addition: Mail addressed to Army personnel must show grade; full name, including first name and middle name or initial; and unit number. Mail addressed to Air Force personnel must show grade; full name, including first name and middle name or initial; and PSC or unit number.
Mail addressed to Navy and Marine Corps personnel must show rank or rating; full name, including first name and middle name or initial; and PSC number for shore based name.
Mail sent to dependents residing in overseas areas must be addressed in care of the sponsor.
Cancellation and Return Policy:

Orders can be cancelled and voided provided the items have not shipped. Credit card transactions can be voided provided we are notified within 24 hours of the time you placed the order unless already shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If the items have already shipped, they are then subject to our returns policy. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of customer receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product(s) must be in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging. Videos tapes, consumables, CD ROMs and computer software must be unopened.  NO RETURN on personalized items or custom printed bands!   Return shipping is not paid for returned items unless wrong item was sent or a defective item was sent in which the warranty of the item applies. 

Damaged or defective products will be replaced by either an identical item, a similar item, or we will refund you in full at your discretion. (Credit cards cannot be refunded after 90 days from the original date of purchase.) We will replace and ship a defective or damaged product at no extra charge. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items to us. You will void the returns policy if you ship products to us without authorization. Products will then be handled according to our discretion.   Shipping fees are not refunded.

Return Instructions:
Please follow these easy steps:

1) Contact us by calling 864-346-0945 from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday or email at foothillsmark@yahoo.com and explain to us the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, we will send you a prepaid return label.
2) Carefully re-package your box in its original packaging to prevent shipping damages.
3) Ship your package back to the address given you by Linda..
